Could you please provide an overview of your company and explain how your team utilizes AI, IoT, and workflow solutions to drive digital transformation in the insurance and automotive sectors?

CCC is bringing innovative, intelligent experiences to every aspect of claims and mobility. Our tech solutions for the claims management and collision repair industries are powered by a range of AI models, including computer vision, language recognition, and deep learning. Our advanced AI, informed by 40 years’ worth of collision and casualty data, enables seamless connection and collaboration among a wide range of businesses that span the entire P&C insurance economy. CCC is driving digital transformation by digitizing assessments across estimating, casualty, and fraud detection which helps streamline operations and improve customer interactions in the process.

Could you elaborate on the impact your company has had on the Chicago tech community?

CCC invests in the future Chicago tech workforce by donating to local nonprofits like Black Girls Code Chicago, and organizing employee volunteer opportunities with local Chicago schools through Hour of Code. We currently employ more than 600 Chicagoans, and our CCC Jumpstart Internship Program supports up-and-coming Chicago-based tech talent by providing on-the-job training and learning opportunities for college sophomores, juniors, seniors, masters, and Ph.D. students pursuing careers in software and data engineering, AI enablement, research and design, and data science. We have a strong interest in continuing to hire and develop talent to build a strong technical base here in Chicago.

Could you share an outline of the tech job openings available at CCC Intelligent Solutions in the upcoming months? Which positions do you anticipate being the most challenging to fill, and why?

We will be continuing to hire software engineers, data scientists, software sales, marketing, customer service representatives, and corporate roles. The most challenging positions to fill are in our technical and accounting departments, as those often require specialized expertise and education.
